James is a U.S. Army Veteran who served overseas in Europe and the Middle East, and with such prestigious units as the 1st Armored Division and the 101st Airborne Division.  He has been in Information Technology for several decades, largely considered a subject matter expert in networking and converged/hyper-converged infrastructure.  He is well respected for his ability to facilitate and maintain vendor and customer relationships.  He is a father of two and has been happily married to his High School prom date and love of his life for over 25 years.
